What's included in the hardware price?
Each plan includes the smart waste container with built-in camera, sensors (fill, weight, odor), and guided-sorting interface. Setup and initial configuration are included.
Can I add more bins later?
Yes. You can add bins to any plan at $6/month each. Upgrading your plan tier also increases the included bin count.
What happens if I exceed 2,000 classifications?
Each additional classification beyond the monthly allowance costs $0.02. Most households stay well within the limit.
Do you offer custom plans for large deployments?
Absolutely. If you need more than 10 bins or have complex facility requirements, reach out and we'll build a plan that fits.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. The hardware is yours to keep. We also offer annual billing at a discount.
